Functions at the Kaneohe Yacht Club

The Kaneohe Yacht Club is a private club and only members can hold or sponsor events at the club. Naupaka Caterers is the exclusive caterer of the Kaneohe Yacht Club for parties with over 25 guests attending. Please have your private function application filled out with a room deposit turned into the front office prior to making a meeting with Naupaka Caterers Event Coordinator. Menus are attached for your perusal and are subject to change. Market prices also change due to seasonal prices. No deposit is due prior and an invoice will be sent to billing address after the event is over. A final count is due at least 1 week prior to catering event and if no final count is given the maximum original count will be used and charged accordingly.

No food can be taken out of a party due to health code violations and liability and no outside food can be combined for full service events, excluding wedding cakes upon request. There are different types of services that we provide:

Express Window Pick Up Service: Ordered Platters are picked up with paper plates and utensils for number of guests platters are made for.

Drop off Delivery: Ordered food items dropped off in disposable pans with disposable utensils with $25.00-$45.00 delivery fee based on location.

Full Service Buffet/Pupu Stations: Use of Chaffing Dishes, KYC plate ware, use of linens for standard KYC tables only, & staffing which includes 18% gratuity. White linen tablecloth and white linen napkins are available. Buffet entrée items must be ordered for the amount of people in your party.

Full Service Plated: See special plated menus. KYC plate ware, use of linens for standard KYC tables only, staffing which includes 18% Gratuity.

Naupaka Caterers and The Kaneohe Yacht Club work together to make your event memorable. The Kaneohe Yacht Club staff will be happy to help plan your event table set-up, bar, and invoicing. All catering questions for food, food set-up, linens, and table settings will be handled by Naupaka Caterers Event Coordinators.

Off-Site Functions

Naupaka Caterers has catered many weddings and special occasions all over the island of Oahu. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability and to set-up an appointment with our event coordinators. There is a minimum of $25.95 per person plus Hawaii State Tax and 18% Gratuity for at least 25 guests. This price includes the food and buffet set-up with linen and skirting. A 25% deposit is due to secure date once menu is finalized. Additional fees may also be applied for bartender, additional equipment rentals, delivery/travel fee, and coordination fees. Check payment will be accepted payable to Culinary Flight due on date of event.
