Chef Kyung Botticello
Chef Kyung Botticello has spent 30 years in the culinary field. After attending Johnson & Whales Culinary School he came to Hawaii where his culinary career has been highlighted at the Marriot, the Sheraton, Hale Koa, Halekulani and now the Kaneohe Yacht Club. He has experience in Asian, Mediterranean, and Caribbean Cuisine as well. Coming from a culinary family, Chef Kyung’s Father owns an Italian Restaurant in New England which was just voted one of New England’s Top 10 Restaurants and his son is also an accomplished Chef.
Buffy Owens
Buffy Owens, after an extended career in business she pursued her lifelong goal of owning a restaurant. Pastabilities, a successful downtown Phoenix lunch spot was voted "best pizza in downtown Phoenix" and "best quick lunch in downtown Phoenix. After the lease was over Buffy pursued her interest in culinary arts and obtained a certificate from Ecole Chocolate as a chocolatiere and she continues to take classes in pastry arts. Buffy is a co-owner and in charge of operations with the Naupaka Caterers and Culinary Flight.
Troy Antonelis
Troy Antonelis is the General Manager and Co-Owner of Naupaka Caterers and Culinary Flight. In the food and beverage business since he was 14. Troy has a passion for great food and providing exceptional customer service.
Brandy Antonelis
Brandy Antonelis is Co-Owner and Director of Catering for Naupaka Caterers. She also worked in the business while getting a bachelor’s at University of Washington. She decided to pursue the side catering business “Olino Events,” with her sister Cheryl while doing social work for non-profit organizations on Oahu. As the event coordinator for the company, she has a passion for working with people and throwing memorable parties. She will be happy to help provide you anything you need in planning your event.
Krissy Perreira
Krissy is an part of Naupaka Caterers. Krissy’s glowing personality reflects the aloha spirit which suits her Banquet Coordinator position perfectly. Her speciality certainly is in the front of the house and taking care of all dining room operations where she makes every guest feel like they are the only ones in the room. Krissy will be awaiting your call to book an unforgettable catered event.
